Heinrich Gill X5 Master Violin 4/4

Violins
$6,200.00

The process begins with the selection of tonewood from our extensive inventory of European aged timbers. Heinrich Gill quantitatively measure the quality of wood under different physical aspects in order to arrive at an objective and clear determination of the qualities of the woods used. During the making process, the natural acoustic properties of the instrument components are continuously measured and monitored.

The result is a unique development of each piece of wood. Components are then perfectly matched and harmonized together – according to the carefully determined natural acoustical characteristics of the wood – to maximize the instrument’s potential.

The distinguishing features of the tone are its mellow brilliancy and effortless articulation. Its enormous power and limitless range of color and expressiveness make it one of a kind.

X5 Key Specs:

  • Exclusive harmonized acoustical balancing offers maturity in sound rarely experienced in a modern instrument.
  • Sophisticated sound is wonderfully rich and clear.
  • Offers maximum performance capabilities for the young artist.
  • Responsive and agile.

Our advanced professional set-up includes best quality fittings to match the level of the instrument. Violin set-up includes Wittner tailpiece, Wittner chin rest, best quality French Despiau bridge and Pirastro Evah Pirazzi or Obligato strings.
