We are delighted to say that from Wednesday 28 October our Glen Waverley showroom will be open to customers.

If you are planning on visiting us, then here is what you need to know to shop safely with us.

Visiting our showroom:

Our showroom will be open in accordance with our CovidSafe plan to keep us all safe and healthy.

So we can get everything ready for you in advance, we request you to call ahead of time to let us know you are planning to visit. This allows us to make your time with us as efficient as possible.

When you arrive at our showroom, physical distancing will be in place, masks are required, and we are limiting numbers per visiting group to three. All groups will need to register upon arrival before entering the showroom.

The workshop - repairs and servicing:

Been playing too much? Or perhaps found an instrument in the garage that hasn’t been played enough? Our workshop staff are busy with repairs, servicing and restorations as normal. We ask that you call ahead to discuss your service and book it in before dropping it off at our showroom.

Shopping online - free delivery over $50 and click-and-collect:

Our website enables you to view our range, chat with our team of musicians and easily check out online. We deliver Australia wide, and we also offer a click-and-collect option from our Glen Waverley showroom.

Video consultations:

We are continuing to offer video consultations for all customers, allowing us to bring the Bows for Strings showroom experience to you. During these sessions our musicians are able to play through our range for you and talk to you about instrument options that would best suit you.

To book a video consultation we ask that you fill out our contact form or give us a call and tell us briefly what you would like assistance with, and when you are hoping to speak to one of our team so we can organise a suitable time for your appointment.
