Violin comparison: Chamber Classic 102 and Gliga 1
In this video we take a look at two good quality student violins that are similarly priced and often compared against one another in our showroom; the Chamber Classic 102 and the Gliga 1.
Both violins are meticulously set-up in the Bows for Strings workshop with adjustments made to the fingerboard and nut, a German soundpost cut and fit and a high quality Despiau bridge from France shaped and cut to enhance the performance and beauty of each instrument.
Myles introduces the two violins before playing the same piece on each and discussing their attributes and differences.
